    Pros

It's a very fun place to be. The atmosphere is very laid back and the co-workers are very nice and friendly. Very understanding and flexible when it comes to the day if you need to schedule a doctor's appointment or the like. Managers and team leads are very understanding and supportive. Great company culture.

    Cons

If you're not a morning person, it takes some getting used to when having to make conference calls overseas.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work in keeping employees happy. Should look into additional coverage for vision and dental coverage.
