    Pros

The people are truly very kind and really care about their clients and what they do. This isn't the place where people will hold your hand or deal out a ton of praise, but if you do your job well and gain their trust, you will not experience much micromanagement. You may have to constantly prod about some things, but they are direct and honest. The benefits are top-notch and best I've seen - they are very generous. Their products and service are cutting-edge and innovative - their clients love them. They have grown exponentially in the last few years and are projected to continue to grow. Some of the newer hires have added some fresh energy and ideas to the company, providing some influence for change.

    Cons

Lack of communication and organization. Lack of flexible/modern thinking towards work situation and hours. You are expected to be autonomous and self-driven, but feel like you have to be "one of the herd," in office, 9-5ers, or even longer. Much of the upper management works odd hours, especially late into the day.

    Advice to Management

Initiate communication more with all levels of employees - they shouldn't have to "chase you down" for updates on their particular job directives as well as what is happening at a high-level. Re-consider the options for work environment/flexibility - it may be costing you some potentially great talent.

    I worked at Softeon full-time

    Pros

I didn't have a great experience working for this company. They hired all imbeciles for management or hire 20 something year olds with no life experience

    Cons

Stayed late all the time and they don't like to pay overtime. The staff I worked with sucked.
