I worked at Sogeti full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Variety of job assignments, challenges, opportunities for growth and loads of training available both in your primary area of knowledge as well as other interests.

    Cons

Although opportunist are excellent for high achievers, it's not as easy for those who want / need a more typical "40 hour week" to excel.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Sogeti full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great 401K matching and time off policy. Dallas unit has strong leadership. A fairly good local client base requiring no travel.

    Cons

With DFW being such a large region, sometimes the commute distances to clients can feel daunting. Bonus structure can be misleading and often feels very subjective.

    Advice to Management

Allow local unit mangement more freedom to dictate policy

    Cons

Sometimes you commute will be great and sometimes it will be terrible depending on the location of the client.
