- fun work environment - diverse & inclusive - protective of hourly staff

- very disorganized - pay is on lower side for management but good for hourly staff - very long hours - lack of communication within departments and from upper management - no unpaid vacation allowed - they will try to take advantage of you and make you use your PTO/Sick time or will not let you know about expiring Holiday time, etc... Stay on top of your vacation hours!!!

Driving to Malibu on your feet 24/7 Don't get hurt on the job! They will ignore you and not pay your medical bills. They have a history of doing this. Moving up in the company seems impossible, they want you to stay in your lane especially if you work in Food/beverage They would give us "FAMILY MEAL" which was the old food from the buffet that had been sitting out for hours.
