May 10, 2023 - VP of Sales in San Francisco, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Always accountable to advertising partners; our only mission is to support our partners results; really brilliant client facing teams; outside of one or two the leadership team is amazing as is the culture.
Cons
Not everything that goes to market is ready or has the right process built around it. This puts a lot of unnecessary pressure on the company.

Pros
Great benefits, love being able to work from home all the time, flexi-Fridays, fun culture
Cons
The annual global conference is far too extravagant for what we get out of it. Would much prefer that to be scaled back and the cost savings to go towards employee promotions and development.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
People-focused culture with strong core business values Great benefits and work/life balance, including half day and no meetings every Friday Global teams allow opportunity to work with people from different countries and cultures Strong business outlook

- Fantastic WLB if you take advantage of it. They are keeping Flex-Fridays for now and it has been a boon for my mental health - Amazing teams, although I've heard your mileage may vary based on which team you are in. The solutions org is relatively politics free and everybody is very nice so I had a good time here - Compensation is pretty well aligned with the marketplace - Strong leadership team that genuinely seems like they want to take care of their people - The projects are cool, high visibility, and great opportunities to learn a lot
Cons
Grow and promote your people. This is how you retain talent. If a team is able to run on its own for 6 months without a manager, you should be promoting rather than hiring
