    Pros

-Large and solid company in the stocks market
-Program to get discounts in hotels of the group
-The benefits of a bureaucratic environment, e.g., taking an unpaid leave to work elsewhere and getting back your job later

    Cons

    -Extremely bureaucratic environment
-Strict pyramid structure, in which the employee has more of a boss than a manager
-The amount of "good old boys" and all kind of protégés employed

-Discounts program is getting less and less favorable with the years

    Advice to Management

    -Flatten the company structure
