I worked at Solar Turbines full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great bennefits. Lot of available training. Exelent dinning room, gym available, nice and tasty restaurants near San Diego's downtown, right in front of the harbor, what else could you ask?

    Cons

Some people are very difficult to work with. Lot of unnecessary proud. And ussualy those people are in charge of a very important area.

    Advice to Management

Keep yourself humble and open to new ideas. Not everyhing is like it seems. Keep the young talent with you. Don't throw them away. Crazy youth are tomorrow's experts, and tomorrow's experts are tomorrow's profits.

    Pros

Courses offered, Work Schedule, Co workers

    Cons

Tool Design Manager was angry all the team and had no interest to the group, didn't let the group evolve just to have his own benefits.
