    Pros

Dynamic environment. Staff recognizes the company has a purpose in changing the renewable energy landscape. Hardworking and dedicated team provide great results and cooperative work relationships. Advanced technology for solar energy storage leads renewable energy space, and provides for entry into international markets.

    Cons

LA has great weather, but expensive and prone to long commutes. Hard working staff that work extra hours, so get ready to contrute.
