    Pros

the best company i ever worked for, great management team. The team was well coordinated, many growth opportunities, and growth potential.

    Cons

lots of travel. every day on a airplane. sometimes is to tough on family work life balance. It will take time to learn and manage the travel vs life.

    Advice to Management

the company was bought by Deloitte and touche. Not much to improve, if it was not really great Deloitte would have not purchased.

    Pros

Friendly and small. Seemed like a family where everyone tried to help each other. Wish they hadn't sold out to Delotte

    Cons

Sold the company to one of the big consultantcies. Never the same... hours went up.. Pay stayed the same what a shame

    Advice to Management

Can't really say anything since the company doesn't exist anymore.. Just wish we could have kept it going the way it was
