    Small enough that I felt like I got very good training and individual attention when it really mattered. Wearing a lot of hats in a small company gave me a massive amount of real world training professionally AND in life situations.     I worked at Soleil Management full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Generally promote from within in most open positions. Almost all entry level positions are trained for higher positions with wider skill set.

    Cons

    Pay is generally far below industry standard. Management push employees to work harder and develop new skills but do not have the power or will to adjust pay to reflect this employees new contributions.

    Advice to Management

    The company being used as a career springboard should not be a point of pride. Loosing talented employees should encourage an open conversation and change.

      -Some of the best people I have met, at least in the department I worked for - For the willing employee, there are no limitations on what you want to learn, they will throw it at you if desired. -relaxed atmosphere, - turnover ratio is comparable to industry standards, therefore there is always opportunity to transfer/grow for the right candidate, one does not have to wait long. - career/opp 4 stars, as i feel that...

      -Timeshare; its hard to stand by a product, that I personally don't believe in. (insert Donald Trump Joke here) - The only thing that stays constant in a call center is change, this company delivers that message home emphatically. - In the midst of that change, causes an imbalance of focus and direction; upper management may shift or lean towards a specific narrative, causing a trickle down effect on the rest, regardless...

      -No advice about working in a call center. It either kills you or makes you stronger. -better benefits, better pay equals employee loyalty.

      Owners they have the best timeshare owners

      Cons

      they listen to rumors and dont investigate who and what was said they act on those rumors terminating people for whats been said but have no back up to prove it

      need to stop listening to the rumors and investigate the whys and what before you fire people

      Management treats foreign staff on a case by case basis and not treated the same as Japanese staff.

      Schedule works out, they let you make up hours sometimes. Pay is okay but not up to industry standard.

      Cons

      Micro-management, favoritism, not everyone held to the same standards. Hard to advance, little recognition.

      Advice to Management

      Get rid of people who don't do their jobs or provide poor customer service. Trust the employees who do their work to complete it.
