Company condones layers of groups with different agendas. Misused of the definition of leadership to justify specific's group agenda. Non responding HR Department, if you have a critical issue on a site, it may take days to get HR help.

High growth industry, and this organization leads the way. Seasoned leadership willing to invest in their employees. Lots of opportunities to make a difference and move up through the ranks.

Benefits are rather weak: limited PTO and Holidays.

Every task, job or project is a fire. Maintenance Manager and Leadman are basically diesel mechanics with minimal facilities maintenance experience. Maintenance team is basically (1) person with Leadman assisting when not smoking cigarettes 24/7 with his boss or watching TikTok videos at his desk. The place is a train wreck. If you’re a skilled tradesmen...look elsewhere.

The people. More specifically, the teammates who work hard at the sites every day across the country, and the local leadership at the sites who take care of the teammates who take care of the customers.

Small company, limited benefits and resources Disconnected: each site operates separately with little to link it with one another or the corporate office.

None whatsoever. Lots of gossip ans cliques.

Management is unaware of negative behavior amongst employees. Lots of favoritism
