    Pros

    Convenient office location in NYC.

    Cons

Management: verbal abuse, including yelling and public humiliation, was almost a daily experience; chaotic work assignments that changed on the whim of team leaders; below average pay for non-recruiters; very cliquish environment.

    Advice to Management

Develop basic professionalism in treatment of your employees. Address sexism in the office. Pay people fairly.
