I have been working at Solomon and Solomon P.C. as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Quick to place as above!

    Cons

Feast or famine. I have not had any more offers despite good reviews from last client.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Solomon and Solomon P.C. full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I spent over 8 years working for Solomon and Solomon and am grateful for learning under the person I did.

    Cons

Owners and Management only care about money for themselves. They do not care about staff whatsoever. There were no raises, employees were constantly berated, employees were never meant to feel like they mattered. I never knew how much all of the negativity from this office effected my life until I LEFT.

    Advice to Management

I have been giving advice for years. Advice that would have helped the company grow. They never cared to hear it.

  3. "This employer doesn't consider their employees."

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Solomon and Solomon P.C. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are no pros for this employer. I say this because this company is the worst I've worked for in my 25 year work history.

    Cons

They alter their procedures without notice. They do not offer raises. They make it difficult to make a bonus. You are never comfortable to bring in personal items. There is a discord between upper management and the actual collectors. It is difficult to get decisive answers from upper management

    Advice to Management

Think more about how to compensate their employees and reduce turnover.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Solomon and Solomon P.C. as an intern

    Pros

The Attorneys are a pleasure to work with. They are insightful, bright and always willing to assist. The firm has a pleasant work environment and staff that makes working here a delight

    Cons

The legal assistant position has a high turnover rate, which creates some obstacles.

    Advice to Management

Make greater attempts to limit the turnover rate of legal assistants.

    Pros

Managers at the company are all nice and understand you have a life outside of the place.

    Cons

Pay is horrible, very unprofessional on my second day at the place one of the employees was crying because she wasn't number one on the bored and she is 50 something years old.

    Advice to Management

Pay better and don't be so strict, you can't expect your employees to deal with the crap they have to deal with all day and then also deal with you being on there backs.
