I have been working at Solucom full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Having grown from 250 to 1300 employees during the 7 years I have worked there, Solucom managed to keep a "family like" atmosphere (a lot of events/parties, a very friendly atmosphere...)
Everybody is here to help (HR, other consultants, managers...) and make sure you are feeling well in this environment and in your projects.

    Cons

Well consulting is about working for customers, so depending on who/which project you get, the conditions can be very different

    I worked at Solucom full-time

    Pros

I worked at Solucom full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Bonne entreprise au début, en post-diplôme. La première augmentation pour ferrer le poisson.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Advice to Management

I worked at Solucom (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Advice to Management
