    Pros

    Fast pace environment, lovely and kind team mates. A chance to move up quickly with the new business model. Amazing regional director. Great chance to learn and grow. The company is moving very fast so it's a great place to spread your wings and prosper.

    Cons

    micro management of upper management and tough monthly goals. Also, to many returns because of time availability on machines. Hopefully that will change with the new business rolling out.

    Advice to Management

    I think working on the return policy to match availability on the machines would help monthly goals.

    Pros

    The Employee treatments are pretty nice. You do not have to cold call for sales. That is really about it.

    Cons

    They don't value employees. Upper management talks down to you and talk badly about other employees. They expect a lot but don't give a lot. Way too much gossip at all levels. Only interested in money so run off very good people. Very stressful at times.

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees. They work hard for you.

    Killer perks! Lots of free botox and fillers!

    Very busy, hardly any breaks during the day.

    Free Botox every quarter
    Medical insurance and 401k

    Cons

    Long hours, they don't pay over time so you basically slave your life away. Management is terrible and the whole staff acts as if it is a sorority. If they don't agree with one staff member they will find a way to lie, manipulate and force that one individual out. Even if it involves termination.

    Advice to Management

    Be more professional, be rational rather than reactional. Watch closely to how things are ran.. after all, you wouldn't want another lawsuit on your case- would you? How many lawsuits from past employees do you have already? Far too many!

    The pros are truly endless at Sona MedSpa! This is a company that values you as an employee!

    Cons

    Pay isn't entirely competitive & there's no guideline given to share if, when, and how raises are to take place.

    Advice to Management

    Please take into consideration that while your Center Manager's require the opportunity to work overtime, so do your Office Managers! I'd be far more successful in my role if I were given the opportunity to work overtime.

    Pros

    I have been with Sona MedSpa for 10 years as a Sales Consultant, Center Manager, and Regional Director. Sona is a great company, exceptional leadership, comprehensive benefits, and at the forefront of the latest technology.

    Cons

    It is easy to become overly consumed by the work and tend to take it home with you.

    More face to face time with Senior team.

    Leads and hot list are fed to us as consultants which is a dream- no B2B or cold calling. All of the sales materials are laid out to make it easy to follow and set up for success. Uncapped bonus and free treatments!!

    Not enough time in the day sometimes.

    Prioritize and focus on all sales related items first.

    Free treatments!! Employees get free laser hair removal, body contouring, and quarterly Botox! The company offers health care plans, PTO, and 401k opportunities as well.

    Cons

    While working in a goal-oriented environment can be rewarding, it has t's stressful times as well.
