    Perks, like health insurance, mobile phone and laptop.
    Great offices and IT resources

    Dated management
    Personal/Profissional life balance
    In some departments the disorganization is blatant
    No career development

    Advice to Management

    Focus on your HR. It's great to have perks. But for a large and mature company like this, it's essencial to have carrer management.

    Big company, more resources and moving range, if you play the social climbing game well. A reflection of the country.

    Cons

    Merit will get you nowhere by itself.
    Heavy and slow internal processes.

    Annual management meetings
    Each manager is responible for their own profit and loss account
    Each manager is responsible for the team building recruitment

    Cons

    Under staff , which means you have to adjust schedule frequently if someone misses work
    Pressure to achieve goals
    Internal and external audits

    Advice to Management

    Hire more staff
    Have commercially department to work together with the operations team and not make decisions and force on the operations team
