Pros
- Fast Paced - Interesting Environment - Not as intense during slower seasons like fall and winter. - A broad board of learning opportunities and training moments. - Flexible scheduling if you prove to be consistent and intend to work full 8 hour shifts once capable of running a shift comfortably - I believe the pay is at least $9.50 starting pay - If capable and have previous management experience it is highly favored, prove to be efficient and a team player with self sufficient skills to manage your station duties while helping to the main task of helping what needs to be done and getting the high volume of customers out with proper food quality consistenticy. -Alot of walking if you like to multi-task. Becoming a carhop, box and fountain or expeditor is fun for this. You can be doing alot and not have to be completely stuck to one part of the store your whole shift
Cons
-Depending on the season and how times are, people are unpredictable and sometimes you have to do your best to remain professional as possible as people will test patience and theres been many chaotic, weird and awkward moments if you really stick with the company long term. You could easily get a job doing drive thru order taker, window or carhop where your directly dealing with people all day. - It can get really crowded pre covid and i hope it never goes back - Alot of teenagers - Immaturity in multiple aspects -low pay -summers are SO hot!! It can get up to 94 degrees inside from poor a/c and such a tiny space for a big kitchen and front -if alot of people who work for the store view you to be a certain way, it seems to be adopted to management as well. You can be overall on time, maybe just bit fast and put purpose in your movement and give your best to provide quick and quality food and remain calm during high volume hours, pre - bias is quickly formed at this store and management where it can be hard to "prove your worth and ability"
