    Pros

Positive atmosphere, good benefits, 401k, fair management, casual work environment.

    Cons

A little bit of a high turnover rate. In Kirkland, so a commute unless you can afford to work there.

    Pros

    Nice Clients and
    Simple procedures

    Cons

lies that the sales team and PM told the clients to move them along
    Money
    Empty promises

    Advice to Management

Get people that care about the brand & others in the PM position.

I worked at Sono Bello full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free Lipo, if you get it. Great doctors, front desk, and nursing staff.

    Cons

Was there for almost a year. Was laid off because they wanted to cut corners and save money. They are not concern with patient experience, safety, or how the company looks. They are concerned about the money. They wanr the consultants to sale anything, to anyone. Even if the patient is not healthy. Aome doctors would do it even with certain medical conditions. Most will deny the patient and SonoBello did not like that. They want the money. Management was horrible. Upper and Center management. The only person they knew how to run the office was my assistant manager. She was great and the only reason they stayed running. Corp was unfair, unrealistic, nasty to consultants, and there was no moral in this place.

    Advice to Management

Get a team of people that knows how to run a business. Some people that knows how to treat employee's, and knows medical operations.

    Cons

Manager deceitful, conniving, power hungry. Disrespectful to both employees and physicians in the presence of others.

    Advice to Management

Be respectful to employees and value their experience and listen to their input without negativity and maintaining professionalism.

I worked at Sono Bello full-time

    Pros

Some of the team members were nice.

    Cons

High turnover with management team. Long hours and minimal vacation time. They promise you a lot of money when hired and it doesn’t result in what you’re told.

    Advice to Management

It starts at the top so really no advice to give until they begin valuing their employees. Happy employees create happy patient experiences, but they don’t see that.

I worked at Sono Bello full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Every pro I was excited about when interviewing was NOT true. I would not even do the free lipo after 1 year at this company.

    Cons

Staff and Doctors are not valued, patients are mislead, horrible culture of profit before people, micro-management from top down, unsafe work environments, no work-life balance, unskilled middle management, the highest turn over I've ever seen.

    Advice to Management

Focus on core values, patient care/results and employee engagement. You need strong leadership skills and trust. Pay attention to what is happening in regions, support centers for success.

I have been working at Sono Bello full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

SonoBello is such a great company to work for! Month after month, SonoBello has proven to work with their people to develop and guide them to success! They have shown me how commitment, passion, and hard work mixed with their guidance can truly make you successful! They have some of the best leaders that are there to help you through and make it to the top!

    Cons

There are days that are longer than others and times where you may feel like you gave everything you had to your patients, but that comes with any role where you are changing peoples lives. They pay off is well worth the input.

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest in your people as you have! Your guidance and support is what makes your teams great and will continue to build a thriving company with this type of support.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Sono Bello full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have worked for Sono Bello for 4 years and absolutely love it. Is there a day here or there that is more stressful then another? Of course... that is life in general. I have always had full support of my direct and love helping people feel better about themselves whether a procedure is performed because of personal cosmetic reasons or to better their health. There is not a better feeling when a patient is dancing in my room because they thought this was something they would never be able to do and we just made it happen for them.

    Cons

This is sales based position. Like any similar job, the end of the month is always more stressful as numbers and goals need to be met. I don't see this as a con... it is the job.

    Advice to Management

Continue to do what you do. I have worked for larger corporations in the past, and Sono Bello truly feels like a family.
