    Pros

    Working at Sono Bello has been a fantastic experience for me so far. I came from a 10 year career in sales. Working at Sono Bello has been a refreshing change. I learn something new everyday and love seeing the company grow. It is exciting to see patient transformations on a daily basis and hear how happy they are with their new body. Corporate provides a lot of incentives and bonuses as well as works hard to maintain employee morale.

    Nothing that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

    Partner with the practice manager to ensure that we always have a full nursing staff as well as front desk staff so that the current ones do not accrue a lot of overtime.

    Strong commission structure with nice earning potential

    Cons

    Poor work environment, low employee morale, the organization does not value staff, cutthroat, high pressure, high turnover. Malicious and fear driven culture. Sacrifices patient care for the bottom line

    Pros

    Strong Culture, Competitive Sales environment, No cap on bonuses, Encouraging leadership. I have been with the company for roughly 6 years and never felt so much as home! I learn something new every day, no day is ever the same. The group of women that I work side by side support me, challenge me and drive me to be the best version of me that I possibly can be. I would highly recommend Sono Bello to any person who is looking for a career that will push your limits, improve your confidence, and teach you how to be the best version of yourself.

    There's no shortage of hard work that goes into working at Sono Bello, but they certainly reward you for it.

    Pros

    If you love helping others, this is the role for you! You are given the opportunity to help change lives and make people feel even more beautiful every single day. The support and leadership within this organization has helped me grow personally and professionally and that's not something that's found in every sales organization. I am able to be heard and not ignored, and my voice isn't just static. This company listens! The compensation for doing something I love is just an added bonus! Not to mention the incredible friendships I have created. Great people in a positive environment with ample opportunity for growth!

    Cons

    You will work long hours and be expected to stay passed closing time. This will burn you out if you don't know how to manage your days off accordingly. Plan to live close by or deal with never being home. You are expected to work Saturdays and every last Monday of the month; 6day work week. There is no job security; this is a performance based company. Can be unsettling at times.

    Advice to Management

    Since we do work long hours, it would be great to have less micro managing around leaving 30 minutes early if everything is done for the day. Don't guilt trip employees for leaving at their scheduled time. Respect days off.

    5 paid days off a year. After the completion of one year. This includes sick and vacation.

    Hold someone accountable in leadership and remember this a company that provides medical care to humans not their wallets!
