I worked at Sono Bello full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Decent pay; somewhat friendly staff

    Cons

The worst place to work; don't value their employees; work intimidation; no security with your position

    Advice to Management

Place value in the people you hire; provide adequate training; stop allowing upper management to run amuck at the centers

I worked at Sono Bello full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

NONE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO A HOMELESS PERSON!

    Cons

Unprofessional upper management. Uneducated and unaware of proper professional. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Work long hours and barely get a lunch break. Then when you finally get to go on lunch-it is ALWAYS interrupted. Better off eating in your car- ON THE STREET!

Overall, the most poorly structured corporation I have been ashamed to be affiliated with.

    Advice to Management

Train staff, starting from the top!

    Pros

    Cons

Unprofessional and an unethical company. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional company who values their employees. There are too many AMAZING companies that value you - don't waste your time here.

    Pros

I say the co-workers are awesome hardworking people!

    Cons

    • No Life
    • No lunch hour or breaks while on a 45 hours shift!!!! Is that even legal???? I thought it is a requirement and no one is looking!
    • Looooong hours!!!!!!
    • lack of communication from the big leaders!!
    • Mínimum Vacation time! Not competitive at ALL!
    • No respect to our personal time off!!
    • Unrealistic goals!!!!!

    The list goes on.....

    Advice to Management

Please keep a better communication with your employees. Encourage work/life balance! Don’t make them work more then 40 hours unless the chose to! Have realistic goals and give your employees time to eat lunch!!!!! Buying food for them so they can eat “whenever possible” isn’t the same thing! Better time off and competitive benefits, 401k please!

I have been working at Sono Bello full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    nurses are nice
    free lipo after a year

    Cons

The Sales consultants tell patients to lie about the medications they have taken to allow them to have surgery sooner. ( no care for patients health only what makes them money). Was told I would assist in the operating room but all I will be doing if flipping OR's and sterilizing equipment. Got attitude from management for being sick and in pain from an injury at my previous job and missing one day of work. Was told I sent in too many requests off and most couldn't be met because at the end of the month its not an option to get off ( my birthday falls at the end of the month yet other employees seem to be getting off at the end of the month anyways) treated unfairly.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees equally and don't get an attitude over things that happen in life.
