Great pay for industry and area Challenging, not boring work Stellar safety rating (my specific plant in Chatham, NY) Supportive management Frequent financial and safety meetings means everyone stayed caught up on Company news as well as safety alerts
Cons
Some of your tooling is in terrible need of work, a job could be labeled as .5 Operator but because of all the non-conformaces that need to be dealt with by the Operator prior to boxing (Flash, DOG, etc) it turns into a 1 or 2 Operator job but is still held to the .5 benchmark Invest in some new secondary equipment that is less than 30 years old Accountability for people that cause non-conforming product or damage tooling

Impressive safety plan and training regiment on SOPs, Gmps, SQF and strongly encourages employee participation in every area of the company.
Cons
Little room for advancement if you are not a machine operator and the rate of pay for some areas need improvement.
