The management team is great, they have a continuous improvement policy when it comes to processes and emerging technology, the ability to work from home a few days a week, and encourage continuous growth. I feel that work/life balance is greatly encouraged and I don't feel penalized when things come up such as appointments or surprise occurrences.

Their retirement matching may not be as generous as some other companies, but I feel that many other things make up for that.
