    Pros

Benefits are good, nice people to work with, the hours can be flexible if the people you work with are willing to work with you

    Cons

Upper management changes quite a bit. Very top heavy in administration, constantly cutting back on staff to save money and make budget. Forced PTO when they can't make annual budget.

I have been working at Sonora Quest Laboratories full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work alone in Dr.'s office with no supervision.

    Cons

If you make mistakes it costs you a lot. Make one mistake a year and you will not be able to move up. Way too much critiquing your work. Low wages. No break on blood work done in the company you work for.

    Advice to Management

If you truly value your employees, then $.10 raises or $.79 raise in almost four years does not show appreciation for my work. Making big profits off of employees also does not show that you appreciate employees. Spend a little more on your employees and your employees will better increase your profits.

I have been working at Sonora Quest Laboratories part-time

    Pros

It's a job that pays the bills

    Cons

Supervisors and Managers don't treat you well and promote a high stress environment.

    Advice to Management

I wish the Management was in touch with the people they are under and had any sort of relationship with them.

    Pros

The people I worked with were friendly, helpful, and always willing to share their knowledge.

    Cons

As with many companies, you can only advance so far without a degree. It's a great incentive to go back to school.
