    Everyone quits because the place is insane. father and son need counseling.

    Sony was a fantastic company to work for where every employee was respected and held in high regard. This job came with great perks including a fantastic benefits package.

    Upper leadership unable to create an effective plan to grow the business. Sales goal were unrealistic.

    More realistic sales goals, and better strategy to attack an ever-changing wireless market.

    Advice to Management

    Dont be afraid to look for solutions that are already developed and can be plug and play.
    If a chipset or device is available outside the company use that to get the product launched instead of waiting months or years to develop it within. First to market and continue to work within.
