Good Work Life Balance (Time off from Holidays) Great People to work with Senior Royalty Analysts and Others Senior Royalty Analyst and mangers help out with whatever questions relating to Royalty work and other projects that you're doing Training was helpful in learning the royalty systems, SAP, understanding contracts etc. (my case it was contract position to lead into the full-time role) Senese of responsibility to task at hand in handling royalty accounts, external inquiries and other daily work. Benefits the company gives 401K time off other benefits is solid.

Lots of deadlines especially during busy segments of the year when we are sending royalty statements (Jan-April) (July to September) Artist Reviews on top of Non-Artist Reviews are big tasks to juggle especially Artist Reviews of accounts take up a lot of work Sometimes external inquiries of accounting might not get resolve for a period of time A sense that there should be things to resolved in daily work i.e. external inquiries to name few are not resolved There is so much work even in the off-time months to catch and a sense of being powerless to do things when you need to make sure to clear with Senior Royalty Managers Extra overtime in statement rendering period as mentioned is possible so it might not be best for everyone. Not sure about opportunities to climb up or other roles in company
