Obviously the best part is the subject matter. Makes otherwise boring work more interesting when it is related to music you listen to. Offices are new but open floor plan (can be a pro or a con). Company cafeteria in the building (not free). Company gym in the building (small and not free). Rooftop. Miscellaneous events Company shutdown over Christmas / New Year's

Cons

Pay is poor. Other companies in the industry pay much better (and are performing better in the market). Culture of cutting costs. Can be long hours, you may lose your passion for music after your time here. Uncertain path for career advancement. Territorial departments. Benefits are the bare minimum. Not many vacation days. No food / gym benefit. If you are not at a label or high up in management, not really any access to concerts or events.

- Kind, approachable people - Interesting work - Fast pace and fun

- Long hours and schedule changed a lot for an intern - I suggest full time for interns because many of them are in the city for the sole purpose of their internship
