    They experience normal growing pains of a company of their size. There has been a high turn over on multiple teams and leadership.

    great support system from concierge and therapist trust and safety team. great time flexibility and for the most part the clientele are cool. if the pay was what it used to be with late-night and other bonuses i wouldve gave 5 stars. currently the pay is fair and you can definitely do well if your a talented therapist. the app is easy to use for both therapists and clients

    Cons

    they took away the bonuses without issuing a email or heads-up at all. not fair to the therapist support staff who received countless calls as therapists realized they were not getting it.

    Pros

    The pay is great, not a ton of places will get to 55-65/hr as a therapist Flexible scheduling AS a recruiter we were given a lot of space to create the role we wanted to have, and it worked wonderfully for some of us. I found myself going out of my way to take care of more and more becoming extremely competent in the process.

    Cons

    Working as a therapist for Soothe is a hustle, despite the great pay it can still be tough on your body and on your car. Working as a recruiter can be a stress on your social life, people toss your number around and call you all the time.

    You occasionally get fed one free massage a month

    -DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IT IS A WASTE OF TIME, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES THEY CARE ABOUT THE HIGHER UPS MAKING MONEY. THEY OFFER FALSE RAISES AFTER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS BUT NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH!!- If you wish to move up in this company sleeping with the one of the higher ups is key. That is the only way you will be able to get an actual pay raise and move up. This company will micromanage you as well. This goes as far as how long you take bathroom breaks. Yes, they will be timing how many minutes you use when you go to the bathroom. If you go over a certain amount of time, there will be consequences. They will allow you to be crossed trained but will not allow a pay raise for the extra amount of work you are doing. If you want to work for a company that will never offer you a raise despite asking, then by all means apply. Soothe would rather spend thousands of dollars on upgrading the office with unnecessary half foam walls and waterfalls that don’t function half the time then give anyone a raise. They will make sure your schedule is no where near what you thought it would be. Don’t even try to change it because sending several emails or asking in person is a waste of time. They will constantly give you pushback. Hard work is not noticed here at all. Despite providing excellent numbers ever week they will still write you up for anything they can think of. This company could care less about how they treat their employees. They will ask you to stay or come in for overtime as they are constantly short staffed. Your average work day is very busy as there is so much to do and not enough staff. Managers will be on there phones or patrolling the area to ensure you are not on yours. Several people have either left or have been fired for the dumbest reasons you can think of. You will never get your pto or sick time approved. Prepare to work long hours and don’t ever expect more than your two days off. The lack of communication is amazing. Several departments in this company have no idea what they are doing and therefore, don’t communicate changes being made. Once you speak up about these issues they are quick to turn on you and threaten your job for providing feedback. As they encourage feedback regularly, no changes will ever be made. This place is an honest nightmare. The company is not managed well and within time will probable close since they are constantly unable to provide the demand for the clients that book.
