I have been working at Soshace full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Interview process was very smooth. They get me a client to work within less than a month, so I was able to start working quickly. The person they assigned to me to address any possible issues was always trying to help out when I needed to. Payments are done in time, with no delays what so ever. Other developers from Soshace on my assign project were very helpful to me and always open to help or solve any doubts.

    Cons

Been working for over 4 months now, and as of now, I do not have anything to complain about.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Soshace full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Projects are many to choose from
    Good and professional project managers

    Cons

Some clients appear to be racists, they won't tell you but you can read it, this can delay you from getting a job.
The waiting time can be so long
The company cares about their reputation and any issue with clients might see your contract getting terminated abruptly.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees and assess their strengths before some harsh judgement.

I have been working at Soshace full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - hight salary
    - long-term international projects
    - remote work

    Cons

For in-company employers where are still paid vacations and paid time between projects but with less salary. But business direction has been changed a lot since the beginning.
Right now there are only remote positions with next cons:
    - uncomfortable time tracker
    - no paid vacations
    - you might need to wait a lot of time till they find you a good project (without paying)
