Pros
SoundCloud has a dope cultural exchange program that allows employees who have been there for a year to spend 3 months working out of one of their other offices. Berlin trip anyone?
Cons
From what I've seen, a lot of employees here are incredibly musically talented. Unfortunately, this makes them a less than ideal karaoke group if you're a terrible singers like myself.

Coworkers are awesome and fun to spend time with Fun problems and interesting industry

Upper management is stubborn and closed-minded It is not people/employee first by any means.
