    Good company, Government sector, nice work environment

    No benefits, no recognition, no appreciation

    Pros

    I would recomend SWBH for beginning of carrier, not for long time. Good and clean accomondations, 2 persong sharing room

    Cons

    Terrible transportation, bad food, non paid overtime, selfish managment without any experience...

    Advice to Management

    Please, start to learn your job or bring someone from outside to teach all of you. General manager should greeting his staff. That is called - CULTURE.

    I have been working at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    employees from different countries, you'll get accommodation and transportation but only in Qatar

    Cons

    accommodation is not one of the best, each week different shift, the company wants to take without giving, saying its a 5 star hotels but with a few staff its impossible, benefits for employees is very low, salaries not the best.
