Pros

good people makes the work a lot more fun, work was typical and usually repetition daily but there are different types of documents for the job. Supervisors are all very nice and friendly, they don't act very high up and cocky, some leads yes, but supervisors no. do everything properly and there shouldn't be a problem. Sometimes they give free food for holidays and have giveaways and photo booths.

Cons

you can not trust some people, as for any place you work. management changes, company changes and sometimes lack of work puts people on call, sad to see some friends go and they don't really value employees especially the hard working one. a lot of favoritism based on how close someone is to someone else.

No communication from executive level. VP level and above do not care at all about employees lower than themselves. Tools not provided to do the job needed. No one listens to needs of any sites.
