There was no pros. I honestly don't have anything good to say about this place. I'm just trying to get to the 20 word minimum
Cons
Everything. The worst part is looking at a computer screen all day. I felt like I was back in high school because we had to be quiet and when a bell rang we got our breaks. The environment was just awful also.

Absolutely NO Pros! Not applicable!
Cons
The leads are very petty, the Supervisors treats employees' as if they are slaves, literally. You're treated as if they own you, they don't care if you have outside responsibilities, they constantly threaten your job if you can't stay for mandatory overtime that they constantly spring on you at the last minute. HR plays both sides, while always taking the word of the Leads and Supervisors over the workers. Management doesn't have a clue. Not to mention the pay is horrendous and the benefits are even worse. Felt like I was in prison at that job everyday! Tried to stay until I found something else, but quit without a job because the environment was so unhealthy.

They hire you after giving you an test, tell you that you passed and then set goals you can't reach, then fire you for not being able to do the work. Everyday I sit at my desk and watch people fail, these people are killing themselves for a company that doesn't care. Every time you grasp the rules they change the rules. On the walls hangs pictures of stars with a workers name under it. If you make goal they color part of it in green, if you don't make goal they color part of it in yellow or orange. Everyone knows who is going to be the next one fired, all they have to do is look at the stars. Now they are mandating over-time must do eight hours or it's marked against you, even the part-times have to do eight hours. So glad they will be losing the contract for NYS Taxes. this needs to be handed over to a better company.
