No raises, been here almost 5 years and nobody been giving any raises. Promises with no action...ever! No chance for advacement.

Nothing but negativity in this place. They allow Harassment, Favoritism, Setup to Fail, Fail to fallow Code of Conduct, Allows certain employees to Sleep on the job, Select Overworked employees, Allows Environment to be hostile, Singling out select employees, Fails to correct any issues and complaints, Shares employee personal information among other employees, Vehicles not maintained properly, Isles, walkways, and Emergency exits blocked, moves clutter back and forth from facilities, unstable ladders, outdated equipment, and does anything and everything to cover up their mistakes. No raises and no bonuses.

Steady paycheck , absolute nothing else.

Favoritism, especiallt when you are young and pretty, only certain people are allowed to bread the rules because of favoritism, no chance for advancement, management talks to you like you're spit on the bottom of their shoe, no raises even when they train you for new programs constantly. You feel worthless here.

This place shud be shut down. The pay was awful, but they wanted u to process all that work in 3 hours. Then send u home. 20 hour weeks. Management is a joke...oh NO RAISES FOR employees... It felt like I was in prison.

There were none, other than my abysmally-small paycheck.

Rampant favoritism, verbally-abusive managers and supervisors, more back-stabbing and finger-pointing than in an average soap opera. No consideration is given to employees during inclement weather, such as ice-storms...their motto is (and I quote) "If the building is still standing, we will be working.". I worked there for 2 years and never received a raise, however, there were people that I knew that had been with Sourcecorp (prior to merger) for 5+ years, and with no raises.

Its a very easy job. You can listen to music all day while you work which makes work easier.

Cons

There are no raises, no promotions, and bad training. Favoritism and discrimination is what the company is based off of.

Poor pay (minimum wage or just a hair higher) with no raises but receive perfect reviews, poor management. Management acts very immature. Employees are not treated with respect. Health insurance is outrageous and not that good!
