I have been working at South Central Regional Medical Center (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I think a couple of pros of the job I have at SC are the flexible hours, and the friendliness of the people.

    Cons

A few downsides to working here is the pay rate. You aren't compensated for the work done. Raises are few and far between,

    Positive Outlook

I worked at South Central Regional Medical Center part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay and time are really good.

    Cons

The training is kind of a learn it yourself in some clinics. Some co-workers are rude.

    Advice to Management

Make the supervisor train the new employees not other workers. And get rid of drama employees.

I have been working at South Central Regional Medical Center full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Excellent benefits available if you can get a full time position, very reasonable child care costs. Despite the small size of the hospital- the equipment is modern. Great atmosphere

    Cons

Limited earnings, expect a 2% raise every year or two, but the pay is inline with the area market. Not much other industry in the city.
