Corporate leadership is micromanaging and out of touch. Hired incompetence to run that place into a circus. Healthcare is extremely outdated.

not many pros working here. not far of a commute for me.

They don't value employees. Pay rates are lower than working at other hospitals in the state. Lack of communication. Incompetent people in leadership positions.

Great direct management, good co workers, everyone that works directly with patients enjoys what they do and want to help patients.
Cons
Poor upper management, work expectations are too high, work hours are too much. A full time position is normal to actually work 50 hours / week without consent.
