Company name branded in the community

    Cons

Goals change after they are achieved, there's not a proper training plan for any of the departments, you are asked to product push rather than solution sell

Stop working against each other. Divided isn't the way to succeed. Stand by the goals and give them before the month begins. Learn how to sell solutions not products.

I can't think of any real cons as I loved the job and wish I had stayed longer. The real issue is the downturn of the newspaper industry that changed everything.
