    responsibilities some times makes you feel burdened and one needs to work extra time almost daily

    Pros

    Good working conditions No pressure on staff even being a private sector bank.good renumeration

    Cons

    Worst HR (transfer) policy....Not looking after transfer request on grounds of spouse joining....Lots of biasness with staff in processing transfer request...Giving useless excuses.

    Pros

    On time salary
    the bank do not have any other pros

    Cons

    -There is no proper division of work
    -They expect you to do everything
    -If you're new and a clerk then you're gone, they'll treat worse than a peon and will give all there work to you.
    -Management doesnt know how to treat new employees.

    Advice to Management

    Look after young people, you're already short of it.

    I worked at South Indian Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    No reasons,unless you want to spoil your life and mental health.

    Cons

    The management, the transfer policy, the work pressure, the technology,pratically everything. My 2 years there was practically hell. People, do not join this bank, they just kill your potential and your spark.

    No advice, these people will never learn.
