    Pros

Amazing starter job. Worked here for two years. Loved the employees, loved working with the patient population. Learned a lot.

    Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for growth. Can become stagnant. Staffing office is horrible.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees more. Listen more to employees as we are on the front line, and with the patients every day.

I worked at South Oaks Hospital full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The benefits are great and being in 1199 is the best thing that could have happened to us. Some units really work as a team which makes working easy and enjoyable. When you have the right team, it's a pleasure to come to work here!

    Cons

Middle management target staff members at times, puting pressure on the entire unit. There is quite a bit of back-stabbing and gossiping.

    Advice to Management

    Be fair.
