I worked at South Seas Island Resort full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, great co-workers, met a lot of people from around the world, plenty of opportunities to transfer to something else you may enjoy doing.

    Cons

Not very much space for advancement in the company. Most managers and directors have been there for very long. (But it's not a totally bad con)

I worked at South Seas Island Resort full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful Staff, Amazing Location, Guests are great, it was a wonderful experience to be hospitality and management.

    Cons

Many employees are seasonal or unhappy especially in some areas like real estate. Being young in this work environment is very hard and others are not very nice to you.

    Advice to Management

Have better employee engagement, Keep personal issues within HR and do not let them get leaked to employees. Certain things should be personal and others should not know about employees personal issues. It is a violation against privacy rights.
