The only thing I can think of is that the PTO is not the best but it's a whole lot better than nothing.

    Pros

Your counterparts really depend upon you.
Teamwork in finding freight is always an enjoyable experience.

    Cons

Customers demanding everything five days ago and constantly yelling at you because its not there is frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Help non-salaried employees with more teamwork is probably my biggest suggestion.

    Pros

Great work environment, great pay for part-time, doesn't feel like work, great management, doesn't take long to get to work from home.

    Cons

All workers are paid the same but some workers have to work hard to make up for the ones who don't work as hard. Rarely get a raise.

    Advice to Management

Watch those who don't work hard closely and fire them if need be (it's impossible to get fired there). Reward those who work hardest.
