I have been working at Southeastern University part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    There are great people here.

    Cons

They don't show you any trust. I worked for multiple people and was micromanaged over and over again. Also gossip is rampant, every boss I've had here constantly gossip about their piers and my coworkers.

    Advice to Management

Clean house. Stop hiring the same kind of people. Don't hire your friends or family, hire people who are genuinely qualified!
