    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Southeastern University full-time for more than a year

    Pros

People are amazing, benefits are spectacular (401k matching, extended paid time off, free meals)

    Cons

Pay is below average and there is not much opportunity for advancement unless you know someone at the top

    Advice to Management

Learn to appreciate the employees in the trenches that are handling the day-to day operations that keep the ship sailing.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Southeastern University full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great community. It truly is a Christ-centered environment. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Free food in restaurant is a plus.

    Cons

Due to record enrollment, it is often difficult to find a parking spot that is close to the building that you work in. Sometimes it's a pain, but worth it to see record growth.

    Advice to Management

I do not have much advice to give, because I love it so much, but career coaching and advancement would be appreciative

    Negative Outlook

    I worked at Southeastern University

    Pros

Some quality students who are passionate about education, but they are the exception.

    Cons

Micromanaging department head; low-quality deans; low-quality students; SEU essentially has open admissions, so quality of student body on the whole is poor; compensation is dreadful, but they expect you to do the work of a full-time faculty member; poor support from department head

I worked at Southeastern University part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Friendly coworkers, good compensation, room to grow if you are connected

    Cons

You must know someone in upper management to get a job or promotion. Sucks, especially for a Christian community.

    Advice to Management

    Give everyone a fair chance
