    Pros

    Dynamic and challenging place to work very fast paced with lots of moving parts. Many opportunities to grow and learn.

    Cons

    Workload can be overwhelming at times howeverin the end very rewarding becasue everything is a learning experience

    Advice to Management

    Continue to develop internal talent that is dedicated and loyal to the company across all levels of the team with some of those being in the lower positions some of the most dedicated.

    If you don't know what you're doing then be honest. Spending money on everything just to make sure isn't good business.

    Management tells you one thing in your face and do something different.

    The company itself is really good. Many employees there are wonderful to work with.

    Poor HR leadership. More support of team needed.

    Listen to your employees when they tell you major concerns. Don't brush it under the rug.

    Pros

    Great pay, nice managers, hard-working team, very caring company.

    Cons

    Normal cons of any company - some people weren't overjoyed to be there, sometimes management didn't make decisions as fast as I would have liked them to, days were very long (12 hr shifts)
