    Small company with a lot of opportunity for Individual growth. Good Middle Management.

    Cons

    Upper Management isn't the greatest in the world.

    Decent pay and vacation time.

    Disorganized management that led to bankruptcy twice.

    If you don't know what you're doing then be honest. Spending money on everything just to make sure isn't good business.

    Wonderful privately owned company that was sold and everything else went down hill

    Cons

    Company filed bankruptcy and relocated to Kentucky

    Pros

    The company itself is really good. Many employees there are wonderful to work with.

    Cons

    Poor HR leadership. More support of team needed.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees when they tell you major concerns. Don't brush it under the rug.

    Pros

    Great pay, nice managers, hard-working team, very caring company.

    Cons

    Normal cons of any company - some people weren't overjoyed to be there, sometimes management didn't make decisions as fast as I would have liked them to, days were very long (12 hr shifts)

    I have been working at Southern Air full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    The company had many diverse customers, they continued to grow. Attempted to meet the customer demands on last min schedule changes.

    Cons

    Too much upper management, and the upper management did not communicate their goals or plans to everyone else. Some managers would talk poorly about their own department and employees. Upper management would stay as disconnected to other staff as possible.

    Communicate!
