I have been working at Southern California Health & Rehabilitation Program full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy going laid back and family oriented environment. Work at my own pace with minimal supervision as long as I am meeting target goals... we good.

    Cons

Too many staff come for licensing requirements, then leave. #Annoying

    Advice to Management

Seek long term employees during interview phase. Discuss potential candidates long term goals as it is frustrating for us in it for the long haul to have high staff turnover.

    Pros

good staff, i cant really say too much of the positive when there isn't any

    Cons

horrible supervisor management it would help for the company to provide more reward or acknowledgement to staff due to there constant complain about what went wrong

    Advice to Management

get to work instead of using other supervisor to do the work

    Pros

half of the staff are dedicated and do good work for the community.

    Cons

HR department is a complete mess. Very slow and vey outdated.

Paperwork and billing services take priority over client services.
