    Pros

    Flexible hours, graduate assistants got some tuition waivers, good letters of recommendation and experience in a college setting

    Cons

    Compensation needs to be reevaluated in regards to cost of living. GAs are required to be full-time students. We work 20+ hours, take a full course load, and it is not enough to support yourself. I worked a night job on top of it and barely scraped by.

    Great place to work. I have worked here for 5 years and really enjoy the universituy. Good location. Beautiful campus.

    Due to the financial shortfall the state is currently experiencing the University is severely understaffed.
