I sincerely don't recommend working at this company for anybody, especially if you're Korean-American. Since there are more employees that only speak Korean, you're basically expected to speak in Korean unless you're completely non-Korean. Therefore, even if you're Korean-American who's not comfortable speaking in Korean, you're expected to speak in Korean. This company operates like a Korean company in 1990s which means upper management thinks they can treat their employees however they like. Basically, all the managers in every department awfully treat their employees. It's truly pathetic seeing the upper management struggling with power complex. They're difficult to approach, expect you to suck up and work past 6 PM every single day. If you don't work past 6PM, you're considered as "unmotivated employee". It's just ridiculous. There are so many times where I just stared at my computer monitor for 20 minutes after 6 PM because I was waiting for my manager to finish his work. They pay every employee below-average market salary here, so don't expect any big salary. Personally, thing that irritated me the most was how companies treat their employees. They made me work over the weekend with NO EXTRA PAY at least twice a month. And trust me, weekend shifts were not easy because they all started at 8AM to 6PM. Here's the most ridiculous thing though. Our flight back to New Jersey would be around 3 to 5 AM on Monday, and my manager still made me come in to work at 9 AM and work the usual hours. So basically, I only slept for 3 hours max and still had to work. Doing that multiple times certainly ruined my sleep schedule and disrupted my focus at work. But, they certainly didn't care about that as they see their employees as working slaves. At the time, there was an intern who worked in the sales department, and they made him drive 14 hours to Chicago and 10 hours to Atlanta for trade shows instead of getting him a flight ticket to save money. That intern was beyond furious at the time, but couldn't really express his feelings because he didn't want to risk his job. I get that saving money is important, but it's really disturbing how little they care about employees' well-being and mental health. This company isn't going forward at all. They're continuing to lay people off and downsizing. Don't work here, you'll be much happier working somewhere else.

Couldn't think of any pros
Cons
Extremely long hours You are expected to stay over your hours every day, even though they don't pay overtime If you don't stay overtime you'll be considered to lack motivation Below average salaries Old school Korean culture stuck in the 90's Poor treatment from management and unclear tasks No proper communication 99% of the company speaks only Korean There are no opportunities to advance your career or grow within the company Unfortunately, there's no diversity and inclusion in the company
