    Pros

Travel benefits for you and your family; good health insurance; making friends with SOME of my peers; dress code is casual, very comfortable.

    Cons

Work politics; horrible experience training at Dallas HQs; feels like high school...people dont want to help you if you're new....trainers pretty much suck, so they basicaly leave you on your own; mediocre management....there's like 20 supervisors and none of the ones I worked with were efficient....more lazy; they need to update their computer systems...we're in 2016...not 1999; $75 airport parking at SFO...minus monthly union fee after your 6 months probationary period; rude coworkers; mediocre start pay...not enough to afford the cost of living in certain cities, like SF.

    Advice to Management

Be more involved and engaging...and know how to do your job well!
