I have been working at Southwest Behavioral Health Services full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Internships and licensing supervision available, they try to meet employee needs but can't due to insufficient staff; one of the few community mental health facilities in the area.

    Cons

High caseloads and insufficient staff. Job performance expectations are unreasonable; high stress job and low pay

I have been working at Southwest Behavioral Health Services full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexable, benefits are better than none at all.

    Cons

It seems like it's all about the money instead of being about the client. Clinicians are expected to do the job of 2-3 people. You're salary so you work more than 40+ hours all the time. Case leads are 25-45 for out of office clinicians and 100+ for in office clinicians.
