I worked at Southwest Energy Solutions full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Working primarily by yourself and taking pride in your work. SES does provide all the tools you need.

    Cons

SES is slow to get you the tools you need. Management are not honest, and they will lie to you. Expect a write up with no basis of fact, or that makes sense. They enjoy firing!

    Advice to Management

Be honest, and own your mess that you make. Be professional. Communicate.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Southwest Energy Solutions full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work outside, mostly alone. Confronting angry customers can be fun.

    Cons

Work outside, mostly alone. Management are employees of the parent company and don't have Southwest energy Solution's interests in mind. This causes problems among employees and within the organization.
