    Free breakfast, lunch and supper.
    Good work-life balance.

    Cons

    Salary is relatively low.
    The investment banking department is in danger recently.

    Pros

    For the most most part, good people but most people are.

    Cons

    Poor management, hopefully the new leadership will see this quickly and change it.

    Advice to Management

    More communication!!Be honest and need management with integrity and not afraid of confrontation to resolve conflict.

    Each office was operated as a fiefdom. Little continuity on how management operated.

    The workplace allows flexibility, offers friendly co-workers along with competitive compensation and benefits. Southwest

    Cons

    Senior management, in particular Human Resources, needs to be a focus for the firm. Old guard executives may not be best for company to move forward productively.

    HR department leadership should be looked at.

    Pros

    Medical benefits are excellent. Everyone is nice.

    Cons

    Management doesn;t understand the need for growth and development. The company is very conservative, which hinders creative ideas.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees and be very clear about the positions you post on job boards. It would be nice to praise employees for the things they do well instead of only giving them criticism. The communication between management and employees must improve.
