    Nice pace. respectable hours, and good environment

    too demanding of quantity and not focus on the quality

    listen to the employees on how to inmprove business

    I have been working at Southwest United Industries full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    They have Flexible hours. There is plenty of overtime. They have interesting technology. There are a lot of friendly coworkers.

    Cons

    Poor ethics. Unprofessional. Hazardous. Demanding and unappreciative management. Greed driven. Creativity killing environment. No training. Entire culture appears to be on drugs.

    Advice to Management

    Get trained so you can train. Stop bullying. Listen to your employees.

    Pros

    Its a laid back atmospher , hard work but not slave work. Good benifits and chances to move up. Good hours over time is available. I love my job.. I build landing gear and engine parts and parts for wings and nose...

    Cons

    If a plane goes down we have to make sure its not one of ours.. Were good so it never is...

    Advice to Management

    Just keep doing what you do and keep your employees happy..

    I worked at Southwest United Industries full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    The job was challenging and interesting.

    Cons

    Most managers and supervisors were terrible to work with and didn't know the jobs they supervised well enough, nor would they listen to the employees below them.

    Advice to Management

    Management needs to listen talk with the people below them and listen to there feedback on what is working and what is not.

    I really can't think of any.

    Cons

    Weak management, no advancement, bad communication.

    Advice to Management

    Replace current management they have been there long enough and can't get it right. We need new, fresh people.

    Pros

    People are friendly and nice that's about it.

    Cons

    Working conditions is bad.
    Management is poor, half of them dont even know how the production process work and what are their employee jobs.
